Are you a qualified BCBA interested in becoming a contractor with ABAEL?

Role: Design and delivery of quality ABA programmes to children diagnosed with ASD, and their families in  Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire: 

• Designing and delivering ABA Therapy

• Designing and delivering parent training. 

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. 

• Designing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans. 

• Working within teams comprised of other BCBAs and SLTs led by a BCBA-D. (ABAEL don’t offer a tiered  model of delivery). 

• You choose your caseload – the number and profile of the children to whom you want to provide services.

• You would become part of a close-knit, well-structured organisation that provides robust administrative  and clinical support.

Method of Service Delivery: 

  • Work the days that you want to work (up to 5 days per week available). 
  • Therapy is delivered face-to-face in the home of the child and/or in the community including nursery, but not in schools. 
  • All your admin is done from home. 
  • Clients: Children diagnosed with ASD aged approximately between 18 months to 8 years old. 
  • Professional Support: ABAEL’s team is comprised of experienced BCBAs from the UK and US and is led by  Catherine Wild PhD, BCBA-D. External mentoring is provided for specialist support where required. 
  • Transport, Accommodation, Expenses & Resources: Applicants should have a valid driving license and use of  their own car. Contractors would be responsible for their own accommodation and expenses if staying  overnight in the area. Therapy materials and resources are provided by ABAEL. 
  • Location: Work is based in and around the towns and villages of Lakenheath, Mildenhall, Feltwell, Red Lodge,  Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Cambridge and Huntington. 
  • Rates: Generous hourly rates apply for ABA Service delivery, assessment and treatment planning and other  administrative functions where applicable.
